- Yes, all titles we carry are in the DVD format.
Are The DVDs New?
- All dvds are new We do not sell used titles to our
customers!
What Is The Region Coding For The DVDs?
- Unless otherwise specified, all DVDs are
Region-0/Region-All and NTSC format.
Do The DVDs Contain English Subtitles? What
Languages Are Being Spoken?
- The majority of titles we carry contain English
subtitles. For the select few that do not, it is indicated by a "(NO
SUBTITLES)" under the movie name. Depending on the title, languages range
from Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) to English, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.
Some titles are dubbed in English, so please view the product's information
page for further details.
Is Title 'ABC' In stock?
- We utilize a real-time inventory tracking system
and we strive to provide 100% accuracy on our inventory. If you see a
BUY-IT-NOW or ADD-TO-CART button, that means we have the requested title in
stock and ready for shipment. Once you CHECKOUT and CONFIRM an order, the
title is taken out of inventory and held for your order. Subsequently, if
you ordered the last copy of the title we currently have in stock then the
product information page will show no stock when you view it after your
order.
I Am Looking For Title 'ABC', But I Do Not See
It On Your Site.
- We strive to carry as many titles as possible,
especially on newer titles. But due to the sheer volume of Asian movies
available, it is impossible to stock every title. If you have any questions
regarding the availability of a title, please use the CONTACT US form and
submit an inquiry. If we can stock the title, we will notify you.

Can I Cancel My Order or Item(s)?

How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?
- Orders are usually shipped within 12 - 24 hours of
being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends. If there are any delays,
we will contact you via e-mail. As a general rule of thumb, domestic US
shipments will take anywhere from 2-4 business days. nless otherwise
specified, all shipments are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service)
and delivery timeframes are based on their standard/average delivery service
levels.

Returns/RMA/Refund Policy
What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?
- If there is a problem with your order (wrong
item(s) received, non-working/loading disc, etc), please notify us
within 14 days of receipt of the package, whichever is earliest.
- Open items cannot be returned unless it is
defective. They can only be exchanged for the same title if there are
problems with the disc playing in your machine. All other returns will
not be honored.
- Due to the varying nature of the many DVD
players available on the market, we do ask that you try the DVD on at
least one (1) other player before asking for an exchange. This is
because some discs are more compatible in some brands of machines than
others.
- Please note all return shipping costs for
replacements are incurred by you (the customer). We only pay postage/S&H
one way (being shipped to customer) and customer pays postage for item(s)
being returned to us.
